At Boilard Artisan, every piece is handcrafted with precision and care. As we specialize in custom and made-to-order furniture, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience. Please read our policy below:

No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the nature of custom and handmade furniture, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- We encourage customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, and wood variations before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Order Issues & Damages
We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect Upon Delivery – Check your package upon arrival. If there are any visible damages, take photos before unpacking.
2. Report Within 48 Hours – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
3. Resolution Options – Depending on the situation, we may offer repair solutions, replacement parts, or assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Cancellations & Modifications
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.
- Custom requests must be confirmed before the order is placed to ensure accuracy.

Natural Wood Variations
Each piece of furniture is unique, with its own grain patterns, knots, and natural imperfections. These are not defects but characteristics of solid wood, making every piece one of a kind.
